- Make data-driven decisions to maximise profitability and return on investment.
Retail and Commercialisation: - Oversee the leasing and commercialisation process, working closely with tenants and brokers to attract high-quality businesses.
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to enhance property visibility and desirability.
- Optimise occupancy rates and rental income while ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Financial Management: - Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for each property.

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- A master's degree is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in real estate development, with a strong background in project management and business strategy.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to build and lead high-performance teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate market trends and regulations.
