    About Our Client

    My Client is a Private Equity-backed Property Company with solid commercial presence in Indonesia.

    Job Description

  • Manage Leasing contracts and agreements with 3rd parties to preserve the interest of the company;
  • Corporate Actions - ensuring all documents are in line with the corporate actions' plan
  • Manage and groom a team of Legal Associates by ensuring their work quality and engagement
  • Correspond with other departments to ensure compliance and work standard
  • Other legal-related tasks as discussed with the Chief of Legal The Successful Applicant
  • Possess Legal Degree with 5-8 years of professional experience in the Property background (Leasing Expertise as in-house Lawyer is a MUST)
  • Excellent proficiency in English is a MUST given the exposure to multinational stakeholders
  • Solid leadership exposure and proven experience in nurturing a team
  • Self-driven and proactive approach in doing work
  • Able to deliver constructive feedback in an assertive manner What's on Offer
