To enchance quality of its services to customers as a world-class operator, PT Tangara Mitrakom has successfully obtained ISO 9001:2015 as International accredited (International Accreditation Service - IAS).

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned target of booking and billing of existing and new enterprise customers.
Retain and increase revenues from existing customers.
Look for new opportunities/revenue generation to leverage organization's capabilities in VSAT, Managed services, network services, satellite broadband services, security system services.

Requirements:

Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor degree education
2 years experience in Telecommunication Company, preferrable in VSAT Industry
