    About the client:

    Our client is a Digital Marketing Agency Southern California-based company dedicated to managing and elevating high-end brands that define lifestyle and community. They specialize in cultivating strong, authentic brand presences for clients, with a focus on real estate communities and luxury lifestyle accounts. The company emphasizes precision, quality, and attention to detail in every aspect of content creation and social media management

    About the role:

    The Organic Social Media Manager will own and execute the organic social strategy for a portfolio of high-end clients. This hands-on role requires managing content calendars, directing remote filming teams, editing posts, and engaging with communities across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

    Key responsibilities:

    Strategy & Content Direction:

    • Act as the remote "Director" for on-site filming teams, creating shot lists, content briefs, and visual references.
    • Specify technical requirements for shoots, including framing, lighting, camera movements, and transitions.
    • Identify key brand features and ensure footage aligns with luxury brand standards.
    • Review raw footage, provide feedback, and guide post-production editing.

    Content Calendars & Planning:

    • Own the bi-weekly content planning cycle, creating captions, hashtags, tracking links, and scheduling posts.
    • Research local events, holidays, and community activities to inform content.
    • Select visuals from the internal asset database that align with brand voice and storytelling.
    • Recommend post formats (static images, Canva graphics, animated posts) to maximize engagement.
    • Edit raw footage into high-performing Instagram Reels and TikToks.

    Posting & Community Engagement:

    • Manually post or schedule content and perform live checks to ensure accuracy of links, tags, and captions.
    • Monitor and manage community interactions, maintaining brand safety and a positive online presence.
    • Compile weekly comment reports for clients, tracking positive, neutral, and negative feedback.

    Reporting & Analytics:

    • Track organic social media KPIs and compile monthly recaps.
    • Collect data to assess the performance of content and provide actionable insights for growth.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    Must have:

    • 3+ years of experience in organic social media management with content creation, copywriting, and multi-client handling in digital marketing agencies.
    • Strong copywriting skills, able to match client voice and create engaging posts.
    • Experience with Canva and CapCut or similar tools for graphics, animations, and photo/video editing.
    • Understanding of design principles (hierarchy, balance, color) to maintain premium visual quality.
    • Basic knowledge of the American real estate market and related terminology.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed with the ability to anticipate content needs and growth opportunities.
    • Fluent in english with excellent client communication and presentation skills
    • Based in LATAM

    Nice to have:

    • Familiarity with VPNs or comfort working with U.S.-based systems (VPN can be provided).
    • Prior exposure to luxury lifestyle or real estate brands.

    Shift: Monday through Friday - (Full time) Time-zone flexibility with occasional meetings; must accommodate some weekend posting .
