- Expand your influence: Your content support will help scale our CX impact—supporting more projects and shaping the future of colleague experience
- Partner with HR, project and product teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, infographics, and presentations that make complex information digestible and engaging
- Gather, refine and publish HR newsletter content (written and visual) and support where needed on HR related program and project communication
- Support content review and publishing of announcements or campaigns on the internal employee portal and other delivery channels
- Provide content oversight for major HR communications, presentations, and events, ensuring alignment with visual and experiential standards
- Improve existing program content to create dynamic, globally accessible, and engaging deliverables
- Support project content and communication strategies from development to execution
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in content creation, communication, graphic design, or digital media roles
- Familiarity with HR or employee experience programs preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively in remote environments and collaborate across global, matrixed organizations
- Proficiency in design, presentation and communication/delivery tools (Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, ServiceNow, Marketing Cloud etc.)
- Proficiency in multi-media content (video, newsletters, infographics, presentations, mock-ups)
- Strong visual and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex information into engaging content
- Excellent collaboration and execution abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality content quickly and efficiently
