Safira was graduated from Universitas Indonesia with major Criminology. She has experience as intern for fraud management team in insurance company working daily to prevent fraud or suspicious transactions. As part of handling crisis during Covid-19 pandemic, she also handled crisis situation in the company and proposed crisis response to the management team. She is currently working in multi-national insurance company as part of Protection and Resilience function which relate to Information and Document Management function and also Crisis Management Function.
