    About Our Client

    My client is a OJK-licensed P2P Lending FinTech company.

    Job Description

    1. Legal Compliance:
    2. Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with local and national regulations, including related to Data Privacy and Protection.
    3. Advise senior management on legal matters related to the company's operations.
    4. Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the fintech industry and adapt company practices accordingly.
    5. Contract Management:
    6. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
    7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance.
    8. Manage legal risks associated with business transactions.
    9. Dispute Resolution:
    10. Handle legal disputes, litigation, and claims.
    11. Work closely with external legal counsel when necessary.
    12. Develop strategies to minimize legal risks and resolve conflicts efficiently.
    13. Corporate Governance:
    14. Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.
    15. Advise the board of directors on legal matters.
    16. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
    17. Regulatory Affairs:
    18. Liaise with regulatory authorities and industry bodies.
    19. Obtain necessary licenses and approvals.
    20. Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting the fintech sector. The Successful Applicant
    21. Bachelor's degree in Law with minimum 10 years of legal experience and background at P2P Lending FinTech company (at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role).
    22. Familiarity with fintech regulations and industry practices in Indonesia.
    23. Demonstrate strong business acumen in resolving business issues from the legal perspective
    24. Experience in providing advice to senior leadership
    25. Confident and assertive in communication
    26. Solid proficiency in English is a MUST
