    About Our Client

    My client is one the leading e-commerce companies in Indonesia

    Job Description

  • Dissemble goals , formulate budget plans, and transform goals into executable plans;
  • Formulate the go-to-market, seller/brand growth and merchandise strategy for local market; evaluate and evolve the strategy to meet business needs;
  • Build and monitor the operational index, and work closely with the data team to optimize the data products;
  • Monitor the merchant ecosystem; discover high-potential merchants and explosive new product opportunities; while being alert with risks;
  • Help business growth through product optimization, merchant governance and data analysis; Understanding e-commerce or live broadcast field is a plus;
  • Implement and manage important merchant strategies

    The Successful Applicant
  • At least 5+ years of experience in ecommerce platform, consulting firm, or internet strategy, industry or market research and business analytics with eCommerce relevant experience
  • Strong analytic, logical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail - Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization)
  • A versatile learner with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. A resourceful problem solver, able to work effectively in an independent, structured and goal-oriented manner
  • Outstanding communication skill both verbally and in written to articulate a business strategy and resource requirement, and strong listening skills
  • Outstanding degree from a top university with proven track record. Studied or worked in a global culture environment before, willing to be based out of a Southeast Asian country for a period of time or travel within Southeast Asia on a regular basis
  • Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skill in Mandarin is a plus
