    About Our Client

    My client is a software startup related to big data who is doubling down their headcount in 2024.

    Job Description

    1. Secure deals with B2B clients and generate revenue:
    2. Leverage individual network with C-level in companies to become acquired clients
    3. Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and goals to effectively position our software solutions.
    4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
    5. Product Knowledge and Expertise:
    6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
    7. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our software products and their applications.
    8. Provide clients with insights and recommendations on how our solutions can address their evolving needs.
    9. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
    10. Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a coordinated approach in delivering value to clients.
    11. Communicate client feedback and requirements internally to drive product improvements.
    12. Contract Negotiation and Renewal:
    13. Lead contract negotiations and renewal discussions with clients.
    14. Ensure contractual agreements align with clients' expectations and company policies.
    15. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    16. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, revenue growth, and retention.
    17. Prepare regular reports for leadership on account performance and trends. The Successful Applicant
    18. Hold a Bachelor Degree with years of work experience in B2B Software Sales
    19. Strong network with C-level / Founder / Owner of established companies in Indonesia
    20. Track record in hitting big-ticket sales deals (the scale will be discussed later during initial screening if the candidate's profile matches the criteria)
    21. Collaborative and persuasive in communication
    22. Proficiency in English is a must What's on Offer
