    Job Responsibilities・Manage equipment and machine・Manage and maintain tools, equipment and machine used during projects while adhering to safety standards and company policies and procedures to avoid accidents or project delays・Manage the production department・Other responsibilities as neededTanggung Jawab Pekerjaan・Mengelola peralatan dan mesin・Mengelola dan memelihara peralatan, perlengkapan, dan mesin yang digunakan selama proyek berlangsung dengan tetap mematuhi standar keselamatan dan kebijakan serta prosedur perusahaan untuk menghindari kecelakaan atau keterlambatan proyek・Mengelola departemen produksi・Melaksanakan tanggung jawab lain sesuai kebutuhanNecessary Skill / Experience ・Bachelor's degree・Business English proficiency・Min. 10 years as Production, with 2 years as Assistant Manager in Polyester or flexible packaging industry・Experienced in handling large numbers of subordinates (staff, senior staff to operator level)・Good leadership skill, good management skill, good interpersonal skill, highly responsible, proactive, smart, excellent problem solving skillPreferable Skill / Experience・Working experience in Japanese manufacture・Able to join asapKeterampilan / Pengalaman yang dibutuhkan ・Gelar sarjana・Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris tingkat Bisnis・Min. 10 tahun sebagai Produksi, dengan 2 tahun sebagai Asisten Manajer di industri Poliester atau kemasan fleksibel・Berpengalaman dalam menangani bawahan dalam jumlah besar (staf, staf senior hingga level operator)・Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik, kemampuan manajemen yang baik, kemampuan interpersonal yang baik, bertanggung jawab tinggi, proaktif, cerdas, dan memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang baikKeterampilan / Pengalaman yang Diutamakan・Pengalaman kerja di bidang manufaktur Jepang・Dapat bergabung secepatnya
