    Deskripsi
    - Handle all of export-imports process including the documents and administration matters- Coordinate with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries- Monitoring shipment to ensure imported goods will be delivered timely to warehouse- Coordinate with PPIC and warehouse team - Keep all the record for international transactions- Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping and handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly- Check HS Code and Bea Masuk- Other related tasks as assigned Menangani semua proses ekspor-impor termasuk dokumen dan urusan administrasi- Berkoordinasi dengan agen bea cukai untuk mendapatkan izin pengiriman ke luar negeri- Memantau pengiriman untuk memastikan barang yang diimpor akan dikirim tepat waktu ke gudang- Berkoordinasi dengan tim PPIC dan gudang - Menyimpan semua catatan untuk transaksi internasional- Meninjau dokumen dan dokumen untuk memastikan pengiriman dan penanganan, biaya penyimpanan, dan biaya bea cukai ditagih dengan benar- Memeriksa Kode HS dan Bea Masuk- Tugas terkait lainnya yang ditugaskan ・Min 5 years experience in Export Import in manufacture, 1-2 Years of experience as Assistant Manager・Experience in Bea Cukai Kawasan Berikat・Experience all the procedure of Export and Import・Good English and Japanese will be advantage ・Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Ekspor Impor di bidang manufaktur, 1-2 Tahun pengalaman sebagai Asisten Manajer・Berpengalaman di Bea Cukai Kawasan Berikat・Menguasai semua prosedur Ekspor dan Impor・Bahasa Inggris dan Jepang yang baik akan menjadi nilai tambah
