    • Oversee and coordinate the daytoday administrative activities of the company
    • Manage office facilities, including maintenance and repairs
    • Carry out management of building maintenance and maintenance of company assets

    • Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
    • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
    • Serve as a liaison between employees and senior management
    • Ensure that all permits required by the company are still valid and arrange permits and or license extensions if necessary・Bachelor degree or higher in Law, Economy or related field・Minimum 5 years of experience as GA at Japanese Manufacturing company・Good relationship, problemsolving skills, selfinitiate, leadership and high responsibility・Good command in English・Excellent in MS.
