    Deskripsi
    - Supervise, coordinate, and train IT staffs to perform all actions related to all IT matters. - Maintain all Software, Hardware, and security systems. - Software development support (full stack programming) - SAP R3 support. - Make sure troubleshooting of IT systems (PC, Servers, PABX systems CCTV, public equipment [projector, webcams, etc]) is running properly. - Establish and maintain high standards of IT housekeeping and continue education/training activities on security, safety & environment. - Other duties that may be assigned.
    Mengawasi, mengkoordinasikan, dan melatih staf TI untuk melakukan semua tindakan yang berkaitan dengan semua hal yang berhubungan dengan TI. - Memelihara semua Perangkat Lunak, Perangkat Keras, dan sistem keamanan. - Dukungan pengembangan perangkat lunak (full stack programming) - Dukungan SAP R3. - Memastikan troubleshooting sistem IT (PC, Server, sistem PABX CCTV, peralatan publik [proyektor, webcam, dll]) berjalan dengan baik. - Menetapkan dan mempertahankan standar yang tinggi dalam hal IT housekeeping dan melanjutkan kegiatan pendidikan/pelatihan tentang keamanan, keselamatan & lingkungan. - Tugas-tugas lain yang mungkin ditugaskan. ・Min.3 years' experience in Supervisory/Leader Position・Mastering for computer programming/Full stack programming (.Net, Javascript, node js, python, angular) and maintenance ・Mastering MS Office X/365 (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc), Win 10/X, Windows Server 2012, Azure, Etc. ・Mastering integrated ERP System (SAP R3/S4 HANA) ・Mastering System security and data backup/recovery (BCP) ・Database Administration (PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, H4, etc.), Network & Server Infrastructure, Public Address, CCTV & other new IT technology, Telephone PABX systems ・Ability to review the procedure for support and to pinpoint opportunities to develop the efficiency of business ・Ability to communicate and deal with persons of varying backgrounds. ・Strong analytical and excellent decision skills to prioritize the scope of work. ・Written and oral in English ・Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di Posisi Supervisor / Pemimpin・Menguasai pemrograman komputer / pemrograman full stack (.Net, Javascript, node js, python, angular) dan pemeliharaan ・Menguasai MS Office X/365 (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, dll), Win 10/X, Windows Server 2012, Azure, Dll. ・Menguasai Sistem ERP yang terintegrasi (SAP R3/S4 HANA) ・Menguasai Sistem keamanan dan backup/pemulihan data (BCP) ・Administrasi Database (PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, H4, dll.), Infrastruktur Jaringan & Server, Public Address, CCTV & teknologi IT baru lainnya, sistem PABX Telepon ・Kemampuan untuk meninjau prosedur untuk dukungan dan menunjukkan peluang untuk mengembangkan efisiensi bisnis ・Kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi dan berurusan dengan orang-orang dari berbagai latar belakang. ・Kemampuan analitis yang kuat dan kemampuan mengambil keputusan yang baik untuk memprioritaskan lingkup pekerjaan. ・Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris secara lisan dan tulisan
