    Job Responsibilities-To draft and prepare the contracts, agreements or tender documents.-To review and amend the contracts, agreements or tender documents.-To translate English to Indonesian or vice versa of those documents.-To check relevant legal issues, to prepare documents and liaise with authorities Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan-Menyusun dan mempersiapkan kontrak, perjanjian atau dokumen tender.-Meninjau dan mengubah kontrak, perjanjian atau dokumen tender.-Menerjemahkan dokumen-dokumen tersebut dari bahasa Inggris ke bahasa Indonesia atau sebaliknya.-Memeriksa masalah hukum yang relevan, menyiapkan dokumen dan berhubungan dengan pihak berwenang.Necessary Skill / Experience ・Bachelor from Law・Working experience as Legal officer or Associate legal consultant in corporate company or legal firm for 3 years・Business level of English Keterampilan / Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan ・Sarjana Hukum・Pengalaman kerja sebagai petugas hukum atau konsultan hukum rekanan di perusahaan korporat atau firma hukum selama 3 tahun・Bahasa Inggris tingkat bisnis
