    About Our Client

    We are representing one of the leading Fire Protection, Safety & Security service company which is looking to expand their business.

    Job Description

  • Manage all activities related to the project from beginning to the end including planning, execution, completion, and delivery
  • Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Review construction documents and collaborate with subcontractors to design the fire protection system
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and codes
  • Provide support and input to several aspects of project process including material / equipment procurement, contracts, budget and cost control, risk management, and overall project management of construction works
  • Monitor and prepare reports for all stakeholders regarding project status and progress to ensure projects are going according to plan including schedule, cost control, materials management, QC.
  • Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or other related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management roles, preferably in fire protection industry
  • PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset
  • Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
  • Familiar with relevant construction codes, procedures, health and safety standards, and management key points of the project What's on Offer
