    • Checking and Confirming for Import Clearance Instruction (ICI) from Sales team
    • Prepare Customs Documentation
    • Making Clearance Order to forwarder
    • Checking Import Declaration (PIB) Draft
    • Making Payment Arrangement & Do Coordination Plan for Delivery with WH
    • Making Cargo Delivery Arrangement to WH by Do Coordination with Forwarder
    • Updating Portal Data Regularly
    • Receiving Forwarder Billing, Check, Put Allocation Cost Number & Handover to Admin
    • Recording Import duty (I/D) cost to ACS system & handover document to Tax section
    • Collecting data AIR FREIGHT from section & reflect into monthly report PPT file
    • Collecting data import realization Iron & Steel, API-U for Steel & Raw Material reflect into weekly report
    • Maintain insurance application data & reflect into monthly report PPT file
    • Filling shipping document・Minimum Bachelor's degree in any background from reputable university・Excellent communication verbal and correspondence in English・Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fastpaced work demand・Good analytical and conceptual thinking・Ability to multitask and manage various activities simultaneously・Minimum 1 year Experience in a related field
