    Role Purpose

    The Employee Experience Partner is responsible for delivering strong, consistent, and well-executed employee experience fundamentals within the Indonesia market. This role focuses on operational excellence across onboarding, workplace experience, employee engagement execution, facilities coordination, and local HR initiatives. The role ensures smooth day-to-day employee experience delivery while partnering closely with regional EX leadership to align with broader organisational priorities. This role is accountable for delivering high-quality employee experience execution in Indonesia, ensuring consistency, operational discipline, and alignment with regional priorities.

    ey Responsibilities

    Local Employee Experience Delivery
    • Own end-to-end employee experience execution within Indonesia
    • Ensure consistent onboarding, workplace experience, and employee touchpoint delivery
    • Act as the primary local EX contact for employees and managers
    • Escalate risks, operational gaps, or compliance concerns in a timely manner

    Workplace & Facilities Coordination
    • Oversee office administration and daily workplace operations
    • Coordinate vendors related to facilities, pantry, office services, and maintenance
    • Monitor local EX and facilities-related budgets, ensuring cost discipline
    • Support lease renewals, workplace improvements, and space utilisation planning

    Onboarding & Integration
    • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires
    • Partner with hiring managers and HR to ensure smooth Day 1 experience
    • Manage welcome materials, access, and local orientation coordination

    Employee ID & Access Management
    • Manage employee ID issuance and access control processes
    • Maintain inventory control and documentation
    • Ensure secure and timely updates to access records

    Employee Engagement & Local Initiatives
    • Execute local engagement initiatives aligned with regional EX strategy
    • Support global campaigns at local level
    • Gather feedback and provide insights on employee sentiment and participation

    Insurance & Vendor Coordination
    • Support local insurance renewals including medical and office coverage
    • Coordinate with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
    • Track timelines and ensure documentation completeness

    Data & Reporting
    • Track participation, operational metrics, and budget utilisation
    • Provide regular reporting updates to regional EX leadership
    • Use data to identify improvement opportunities in local execution

    Qualifications & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
    • 3–5 years of HR or employee experience experience
    • Experience in office administration, facilities, or workplace operations preferred
    • Basic knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
