    - Support and coordinate HSE duties - Ensure the HSE regulation and policy are well implemented- Coordinating and helping the communication process with the Japanese in charge- Translating the documents or materials related to the HSE department Mendukung dan mengkoordinasikan tugas-tugas K3LH - Memastikan peraturan dan kebijakan K3LH diterapkan dengan baik- Mengkoordinasikan dan membantu proses komunikasi dengan orang Jepang yang bertanggung jawab- Menerjemahkan dokumen atau materi yang terkait dengan departemen HSE・Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major with the latest GPA minimum of 3.00 from 4.0・Have environmental certification (POP, K3, BNSP) are highly preferred・Proficient level of Japanese Language and holding a JLPT N3 certificate are required for this position・Having experience working in a manufacturing company and having a good understanding of the manufacturing production process is required for this position・Proactive, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work under the tight schedule ・Pendidikan minimal S1 dari berbagai jurusan dengan IPK terakhir minimal 3.00 dari 4.0・Memiliki sertifikasi lingkungan (POP, K3, BNSP) lebih diutamakan・Menguasai Bahasa Jepang dengan baik dan memiliki sertifikat JLPT N3 diperlukan untuk posisi ini・Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan manufaktur dan memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang proses produksi manufaktur diperlukan untuk posisi ini・Proaktif, memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik, dan mampu bekerja di bawah jadwal yang ketat
