• Provide general support and assistance to Japanese expatriates regarding living and working in Indonesia.
• Coordinate and facilitate the visa and passport application process for Japanese expatriates.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, recordkeeping, and correspondence related to expatriate affairs.
• Facilitate communication between Japanese expatriates and Indonesian by providing interpreting services.
• Other task as assigned・Intermediate to advanced level of Japanese Language and holding a minimum JLPT N3 certificate are preferred for this position・Still active in using the Japanese Language・Experienced in translating or interpreting duties for 2 years・Proactive and good interpersonal skills
