    Job Responsibilities・Guarantee for inventory is always available for outlet on time accordance with specific criteria and competitive price・Always checking the inventory stock and request・Coordinating HQ for purchasing each equipment from Japan・Making good relationship with supplier・Solve problem between inventory needs and supplier regulation・Analyze the market situation to know the increase/decrease price・Looking new supplier for new item or cheapest supplier・Review price from Local and foreign price market・Weekly/Monthly Purchase Report・Central Storage Management・Proposals to reduce logistics delivery costs・All other operations related to procurement・Other related tasks as assigned Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan・Menjamin inventori selalu tersedia untuk outlet tepat waktu sesuai dengan kriteria tertentu dan harga yang kompetitif・Selalu memeriksa stok persediaan dan permintaan・Mengkoordinasikan kantor pusat untuk pembelian setiap peralatan dari Jepang・Menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan pemasok・Memecahkan masalah antara kebutuhan inventaris dan peraturan pemasok・Menganalisis situasi pasar untuk mengetahui kenaikan/penurunan harga・Mencari pemasok baru untuk barang baru atau pemasok termurah・Meninjau harga dari pasar harga lokal dan luar negeri・Laporan Pembelian Mingguan / Bulanan・Manajemen Penyimpanan Pusat・Proposal untuk mengurangi biaya pengiriman logistik・Semua operasi lain yang terkait dengan pengadaan・Tugas terkait lainnya yang ditugaskanNecessary Skill / Experience ・Business level of Japanese and Conversation level of English proficiency・Working experience for purchasing or import export coordination・Have mind-set to work widely and have curious out of own responsibility Keterampilan / Pengalaman yang Diperlukan ・Kemampuan bahasa Jepang tingkat bisnis dan tingkat percakapan bahasa Inggris・Pengalaman kerja untuk pembelian atau koordinasi ekspor impor・Memiliki pola pikir untuk bekerja secara luas dan memiliki rasa ingin tahu atas tanggung jawabnya sendiri
