Job Description:
Our client, based in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Digital Community Builder to join our team and enhance our online presence and foster engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our digital community across various platforms
- Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand values
- Monitor and analyze community metrics to track engagement, identify trends, and optimize strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align community initiatives with overall business goals
- Moderate and manage online discussions, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer support
- Identify opportunities for community building and create events, campaigns, and other initiatives to foster engagement
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital community management
- Conduct research and gather insights to understand our audience and tailor our community building efforts effectively

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital community building and engagement
- Proven track record of creating and delivering high-quality content that resonates with target audiences
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and community management best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling and building relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
