- Lead the EPC division, providing guidance and supervision to a multidisciplinary team, including project management, engineers, sales, etc.
- Collaborate with BOD to oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as project developers, investors, contractors, and vendors, to establish effective partnerships and ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan
- Conduct regular project meetings, provide progress reports to senior management, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the EPC division, encouraging the adoption of new technologies, best practices, and process enhancements The Successful Applicant
- Minimum Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or equivalent industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Senior Project Management, with experience handling renewable energy EPC projects
- Have an excellent understanding of EPC business process and risk management
- PMP Certification is a plus
- Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required
