    - Handle paperwork for administration and EXIM documents.- Keep up-to-date with government changes in EXIM rules and permits.- Understand how payments are made and the systems used in exporting and importing goods.- Help the export-import department, including preparation, processing, and licensing.- Monitor shipments to ensure regulatory compliance.- Other tasks as assigned Menangani dokumen administrasi dan dokumen EXIM.- Mengikuti perkembangan terbaru tentang perubahan peraturan dan perizinan EXIM dari pemerintah.- Memahami bagaimana pembayaran dilakukan dan sistem yang digunakan dalam mengekspor dan mengimpor barang.- Membantu departemen ekspor-impor, termasuk persiapan, pemrosesan, dan perizinan.- Memantau pengiriman untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan.- Tugas-tugas lain yang ditugaskan・Experienced for minimum 1 year as Export-Import Admin・Able to speak Japanese, Certified Minimum JLPT N3・Understands Export-Import Administration work・Detailed, honest, hard worker, and team player/able to work in team ・Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Admin Ekspor-Impor・Mampu berbahasa Jepang, bersertifikat JLPT N3 minimal・Memahami pekerjaan Administrasi Ekspor-Impor・Detail, jujur, pekerja keras, dan dapat bekerja sama dalam tim
