Job Summary:

Asset Process & System Administrator will be responsible to support design, develop, maintain, and optimize related to asset management process to ensure accurate and timely asset information recording across asset's life cycle.

Conducting system performance data analysis, summarizing its result into a report and presenting the analysis to support decision making process

Data Analysis & Reconciliation

Perform asset data gathering and analysis.
Involved in asset data refinement process.
Reconcile asset data with information received from other data sources/silos, e

g:
warehouse, fixed asset, and network

Provide Executive Dashboard Summary

Application Design & Innovation

Define/analyze software functional requirement & technical impact.
Provide technical advice related to using computer software to optimize a business process, including its development, operation, and cost analysis.

Application Development

Actively engage in all stages of the software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing and deployment).
Provide technical documentation and user guide.
Prepare and execute system migration plan to Production environment
Perform regular updates and recommends improvement.
Conduct negotiation with all system stakeholder when required

Team collaboration

Able to work under pressure to achieve implementation target
Ability for multitasking and job prioritization related with Asset Safeguard & Tracking target.
Demonstrate good conceptual and analytical thinking
Execute and achieve functional goals given by managers
Work cooperatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by managers
Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability
Provide continuous inputs on systems improvement.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
Good understanding of asset life cycle management and telco/network equipment
Experienced working in Telco industry is preferred
Having min. 3 years experience in Front-End development (preferably using HTML5, jQuery and Bootstrap), Back-End/API programming (preferably using PHP) and database administration (preferably in Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL)
Proficient in performance reporting with Data Analytics and Big Data and create dynamic dashboard
Intermediate knowledge in webbased UI design using HTML5, CSS3, PHP, AJAX and JavaScript
Intermediate knowledge in database administration: SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL /Oracle Database
Intermediate knowledge in computer network and able to conduct root cause analysis on networkrelated problem.
Effective collaboration and communication skill
Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
