- Identify, assess, and proactively devise strategies on areas for improvement in HR department within the spectrum of recruitment, performance management, people development, compensation & benefit, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to identify the needs of human resources regarding to performance and training plans.
- Ensuring HR compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations.
- Oversee general HR administration.
- Partner with management stakeholders on establishing relevant HR programs based on business' short, mid, and long-term goals. The Successful Applicant
- At least 12 years of experience in managing end-to-end HR department
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, challenging environment with ever-changing dynamics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, able to manage expectations and provide relevant reasoning.
