- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets for smartphone spare parts in Indonesia and another South East Asian country.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to drive growth in the assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in the smartphone spare parts industry.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and materials.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts to senior management. The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree and more than 5 years of experience in spare parts/3C product market development and product sales.
- Proficient in the sales channels and operational models of spare parts/3C products in Southeast Asia. Experience in autonomously establishing regional distributors and agents, along with a systematic approach and strategic thinking in managing major customers or agents.
- Mastery of channel resources, adeptness in exploring new markets, and possessing exceptional business negotiation and execution insight skills.
