    We are looking for a commercially driven, relationship-savvy Ecosystems Partnerships Manager to lead the acquisition and management of key partners across the financial services ecosystem.

    You will be driving our indirect go-to-market strategy—identifying, securing, and enabling strategic alliances with fintechs, technology providers, system integrators, and consultancies that serve our target market.

    This is a high-impact role where you'll own the full partnership lifecycle and directly influence revenue growth with the opportunity to shape partnership strategy as we scale.

    Roles & Responsibility

    • Identify, approach, and secure new strategic partners across financial services, fintech, consulting firms and technology ecosystems
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified partners aligned with company growth objectives
    • Develop partnership value propositions and commercial models tailored to different partner types
    • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships, from onboarding through ongoing relationship management
    • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling activities, and revenue-generating opportunities
    • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment across commercial, product, and operational areas
    • Collaborate closely with Sales to support partner-influenced and partner-sourced deals
    • Enable partners with the knowledge, materials, and training needed to position Banfico's solutions effectively
    • Track, report, and optimize partner performance against defined KPIs and revenue targets
    • Work with Marketing on joint campaigns, events, webinars, and ecosystem visibility initiatives
    • Provide structured market and partner feedback to Product and Leadership teams
    • Support the development of integration, referral, reseller, or technology alliance models where relevant

    Required skills & experience

    • 10+ years of experience in partnerships in the SaaS industry, ideally within fintech
    • Proven ability to build relationships and manage external stakeholders independently
    • Commercial mindset with experience contributing to revenue targets and growth KPIs
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including with senior stakeholders
    • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
    • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable owning a function in a fast-growing, remote-based, environment
    • Proficiency in European languages is highly desirable
    • Willingness to travel within Europe for conferences, workshops, internal events and client visits
