    Position Objective/Expectation - Plan and execute sales strategies and activities to ensure sales targets are achievedJob Responsibilities- Find and qualify potential customers- Create and execute a sales plan to meet targets- Build and maintain strong customer relationships- Present and demonstrate products and services to clients- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals- Work with engineer teams to ensure client satisfaction and troubleshooting- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors- Attend events to generate leads and promote products and services- Provide regular reports on sales activities- Other related tasks as assigned Tujuan / Harapan Posisi - Merencanakan dan melaksanakan strategi dan aktivitas penjualan untuk memastikan target penjualan tercapaiTanggung Jawab Pekerjaan- Menemukan dan mengkualifikasikan pelanggan potensial- Membuat dan melaksanakan rencana penjualan untuk memenuhi target- Membangun dan memelihara hubungan pelanggan yang kuat- Mempresentasikan dan mendemonstrasikan produk dan layanan kepada klien- Mempersiapkan dan menegosiasikan proposal penjualan- Bekerja dengan tim teknisi untuk memastikan kepuasan dan pemecahan masalah klien- Terus mengikuti perkembangan tren industri dan pesaing- Menghadiri acara untuk menghasilkan prospek dan mempromosikan produk dan layanan- Memberikan laporan rutin tentang aktivitas penjualan- Tugas terkait lainnya yang diberikanNecessary Skill / Experience- Min. 3 years of working experience as a Sales- Min. high conversational Japanese, has JLPT N2 certification- Detailed, hard-worker, and persistentPreferable Skill / Experience- Working experience as a Sales Engineer Keterampilan / Pengalaman yang dibutuhkan- Min. 3 tahun pengalaman kerja sebagai Sales- Min. percakapan bahasa Jepang yang baik, memiliki sertifikasi JLPT N2- Detail, pekerja keras, dan gigihKeterampilan / Pengalaman yang Diutamakan- Pengalaman kerja sebagai Sales Engineer
