Leading and collaborating projects ERP/HCM Implementation based on Company Project Methodology

  • Manage Project Documentation and Knowledge Sharing after Implementation / Enhancement delivered to Client.
  • Managing and reporting timelines and deliverables.
  • Communicating with a direct report on status, risks, and results.
  • Anticipating and escalating issues quickly and efficiently with proper corrective action/decision.
  • Build, manage and strengthen the engagement and support with cross functional, technical and support team

Job requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years experience in project management from HCM/HRIS/ERP Product Implementation or consulting
  • Experience in building relationships and driving negotiations with stakeholders and working together to ensure project success.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially project and excel
  • Ambitious and proactive individual, willing to learn how to work within a team and independently.
  • Able to work under pressure and to learn in a fastmoving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking in English and Indonesian.
