    Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Multinational Medical Device Principle Company. Our client is seeking for Business Manager - Microsurgery position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

    Job Decsription:

    • Spearhead the development and execution of the company's product strategy utilizing a team-oriented approach
    • Assume accountability for financial aspects within assigned business sectors, including forecasting and expenditure management
    • Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture to support both individual and collective growth objectives
    • Mentor and nurture a high-performing commercial team to achieve organizational goals
    • Establish and maintain a motivating work environment that fosters effective communication and teamwork among employees
    • Implement succession planning and talent management initiatives to ensure business continuity and employee satisfaction
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve tactical objectives and margin goals
    • Continuously develop team members to enhance skills and capabilities for future business needs.

    Requirements:

    • Preference for candidates with experience in multinational corporations
    • Minimum 8 years of successful sales and marketing background in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry, emphasizing revenue growth, market expansion, and customer relations
    • At least 5 years of direct experience in leading sales or product teams
    • Demonstrated expertise in regional or national sales strategies
    • Preferential knowledge in medical devices, particularly intraocular lens, ophthalmology, or microscope equipment.
