Hello, I’m Evan Martin, I have experiences in the fields of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management, digital marketing, partnership, social media creative, content marketing, content writing and have my own management (@orbit.influencer). Marketing Project Assistant, PT. Multilateral Global Cahaya (Viral Agency) (Full Time) 

This is a digital agency company that serves various digital marketing on various existing platforms using the best talent (KOL). I have a responsibility for: 

1. Involved in planning that discuss strategies and how the project manager along with team to make, sell and distribute campaign. 

2. Understanding the design brief, T&C, timeline and talent criteria needed in the campaign. Then look for, contact and negotiate prices and briefs to talents/artists who meet the required criteria. 

3. Conduct briefings to selected talents and ensure they have created content on time also in accordance with briefs and existing provisions. 

4. Doing quality check on finished content and give a preview to the client before the content uploaded. 

5. Ensure talent uploads on time and according existing provisions. 

6. Create invoices and ensure payments to talents are made on time. 

7. Make a report and documentation when the campaign is completed. 

8. Participate in minimizing any irregularities that may occur during the campaign. If there is a deviation from the initial plan, then immediately evaluate and take corrective action to get performance optimization.

This company is an e-commerce company that is engaged in selling IT products to government agencies (B2G), where the company will develop its business to meet the needs of SMEs (production needs, packing and others) because the government has a work program to increase SMEs (UKM) in Indonesia. I have the duty and responsibility to seek, build and prepare various steps and preparations needed for cooperation with companies in those categories.

Partnership, PT. Onesia Nusantara Evolusioner (Internship) 

This company is an e-commerce company that is engaged in selling electronic products to B2B and B2C consumers, where the company will expand its business to sell products in the office stationery category and health category. I have the duty and responsibility to seek, build and prepare various steps and preparations needed for cooperation with companies in those categories.
