    Job Description

  • Performing all procurement processes; sourcing, negotiating, supplier selecting, issuing purchase orders and reporting relating to the indirect procurement such as spare parts, plant/facility supplies, and others capital expenses
  • Working closely with other departments to consolidate all requirements for the sourcing plan and bidding process
  • Responsible in the integrity of suppliers and ensuring all purchases are cost-effective and based on the most beneficial terms of payment
  • Ensuring all processes of supplies comply with the company's code of conduct, the purchasing policy, and other related policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and reviewing progress regularly to generate procurement reports The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree in business management, supply chain, engineering, finance or related fields
  • Over 7 years of experience in procurement management, with 2 years in leadership role
  • Experience in ERP and data analytic processing is an advantage
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
