    About Our Client

    Our client is one of the leading Multinational Company with many business line, including Marketing Services, partnering with FMCG Companies.

    Job Description

    You will be responsible for providing leadership to develop and implement sourcing strategies for various premium, gifts-n-promos, and semi-permanent POS to maximize the value delivered to clients while meeting the business objectives of the organization. This role is responsible for the defined services to serve the needs of clients across APAC markets.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sourcing plans for categories and manage their execution for premium, gifts-n-promos, and semi-permanent POS.
  • Identification, evaluation, qualification, accreditation, and contracting of supply chain in in local and regional markets of APAC.
  • Effective and efficient negotiation for rate contracts
  • Provide expertise on QC testing and globally acceptable certifications.
  • Liaise with QA-QC testing agencies and 3rd parties.
  • Establishment of end-to-end process from client brief through to final delivery, including quality control and cross-border logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
  • Manage relationships with internal clients.
  • Participate in the contract development process. The Successful Applicant
  • 10+ years' experience in sourcing, product development and production with trading and/or manufacturing companies
  • Experience in costing, quality, and logistic knowledge for worldwide market.
  • Having participated in price negotiation and cost engineering
  • Experience on building premium and promotional supply chain including factory visits across APAC region for site inspection and accreditation.
  • Understanding of insurance and warranties of various categories
  • Having worked with QA-QC companies with complete understanding of Lab testing, and global certifications
  • Good command of spoken and written English. What's on Offer
