    Job Description

  • Develop and Implement Credit Risk Strategy
  • Establish Robust Policies and Procedures and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, especially in MSME lending.
  • Develop and deploy risk assessment models and tools to evaluate customer creditworthiness and assess lending risks.
  • Conduct & Perform Credit Portfolio Reviews by analyze-ing credit analyses conducted, and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Periodic Monitoring and Review of Credit Risk Metrics
  • Responsible in managing Credit Underwriting and Collections:
  • Perform Regular Risk Assessments, stress tests to evaluate the impact of market conditions, economic factors, and regulatory changes on the credit portfolio. The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in credit risk management in SME or consumer banking/finance, with exposure to MSME or Productive or Secured Lending.
  • Strong Understanding of credit operations management, including underwriting and collections.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills and ability to communicate with different management levels.
  • Experience in fintech and/or digitalization projects within financial institutions is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa and English is a MUST. What's on Offer
