Product Development Engineer (Electrical Manufacturing), based in Cikarang

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on manufacturing electrical products.

As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 5 years' experience manufacturing electrical products for the job of Product Development Engineer.

The job is based in Cikarang, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

Report to Section Head Product Development Engineer
To prepare BOM, BOO and cycle time for new developed products
Prepare work instruction or installation instruction of new develop products
Actively take part in engineering cost saving and CI projects and assist in a role as project leaders
Actively take part in developing testing capability to support manufacturing new products
To support BD Engineer to develop new products to complete PLP portfolio
To do risk assessment

Job Requirements:

Education background: Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degrees electrical engineering / mechatronic
Related experience 5 years in electrical manufacture company
Experienced with CREO 3D CAD software (Hyperworks or ANSYS)
Familiar with hydraulic/pneumatic system
Able to use problem solved method, identifying quality issues and writing report
Speak fluent in English is a must
