Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading Multinational FMCG company in Indonesia.

Our respected client is looking for a driven, ambitious, and Strategic Marketing Veteran for Marketing Director role who has been in the FMCG industry for at least 15 years of experience.

The job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for annual marketing plan, strategy, and team.
Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies / materials.
Build, manage and coach a highperforming marketing team
Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives
Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short

- and long-term market forecasts and reports

Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
Manage marketing budget and expenditures
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies

Requirements:

Having minimum experiences of 15 years in Marketing Operations while having 5 years of executive experiences in Marketing is preferred.
Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
High level of analytical and team leadership skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
