Clarisa Martina

I am Clarisa, a fresh graduate from the Faculty of Law Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia Jakarta. I am interested and passionate about social, international law, and business law issues where I can apply my knowledge and added more valuable insights. Throughout my university years, I had been participating in several activities and organizations regarding those issues on campus such as in Atma Jaya Business Law Society (ABLS) where I got opportunities to participate in training, courses, and competition about business law and also OASE Atma Jaya, an organization that work in social field. 

I also gained experiences from activities outside campus with internships at the government office such as Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Education and Culture as Legal Intern where I got to work and learn with stakeholders and contribute to create and assist a few of regulations and analysis. From the experiences I had, I've been able to enhanced my legal skills such as legal drafting, legal research and writing, legal assistance, and also sharpen my leadership skills, persistency, ability for team work, managing things in detail, and honed other professional skills that would be beneficial in my future work.

1. Legal Intern at Ministry of Education and Culture (August 2023 - September 2023)

Assigned at Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Kebudayaan (Secretariat of Directorate General of Culture), in this internship I contribute on;
- Making legal analysis regarding the regulation of museum
- Making analysis regarding repatriation of cultural heritage objects
- Making analysis regarding local retribution of cultural heritage buildings and its right of use 
- Compiling the inventory list for the draft of presidential regulation
- Reviewing the agreement regarding cultural advancement
- Involved in meetings with other departments

2. Legal Intern at Ministry of Finance ( December 2022 - February 2023 ) 

Assigned at the Direktorat Manajemen Risiko dan Hukum ( Directorate of Risk Management and Legal) under Sekretariat Komite Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan (Secretariat of Financial System Stability Committee), in this internship I contribute on ;
- Making a resume about financial sector and bench marking from another countries
- Reviewing and researching Law No 4 of 2023 about the Financial Sector Development and Reinforcement or Undang-Undang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Sektor Keuangan ( UU P2SK )
- Assisting the preparation of regulations of practice
- Involved in meetings with departments outside the Ministry of Finance
