  • Basic understanding of customer service
  • Previous experience as a sales admin is a plus
  • Willingness to work fulltime at our office in Bandung

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and offering basic assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Assist sales & marketing team in various tasks & initiatives
  • Build rapport and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Incorporate feedback into sales & marketing processes
  • Assisting potential clients for inquiries in a timely manner
