- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and potential clients
- Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology needs
- Present Suova's services professionally and recommend appropriate digital and software solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project briefs tailored to client requirements
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
- Manage consistent follow-ups and drive opportunities through the sales cycle to successful closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and emerging opportunities
- Achieve monthly KPI such as lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets in alignment with company goals
- Proven 2 or more years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role, preferably within the IT, SaaS, or software development industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders
- Demonstrated confidence in managing and handling B2B clients across various industries
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Solid understanding of digital and technical solutions, including websites, web applications, mobile applications, ERP, and CMS platforms
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to conduct professional business communication
- Experience in using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines is considered an advantage
- Experience in the technology, digital, software, or consulting industry
- Possesses an existing client database or strong professional network
- Experience in handling B2B corporate clients
- Solid understanding of the sales pipeline and closing process
