Responsibilities:

Coordinating and supervising the performance implementation of the local team, and be responsible for the performance results.
Responsible for the daily operation management of the team, performance improvement, personnel management (including recruitment, training, and system improvement).
Compliance and quality inspection management, complaint monitoring. Team culture construction.

Full-time bachelor degree or above, no major limitation 3+ years of relevant work experience, with experience in collection outsourcing management in Indonesian local banks or fintech industry is preferred Familiar with operational business outsourcing strategy management methods, and have a full understanding of the business process and operating mode of Indonesian local outsourcers Have good negotiation, communication, coordination and adaptability capabilities, strong teamwork skills and strong resistance to pressure
