2) Listening and engaging community

Have personal discussions with each of the talents to understand them better

Redirect any issues or concerns from talents to respective departments:

Generally, becoming a helpdesk to talents in the community - replying and engaging talents
3) Plan and strategy

Strategize to develop the community

Salary:
