Position Summary


  • Standardize service processes and system, and expand those with related business units for upward standardization.
  • Innovate processes by reviewing investment validity upon a new system and developing it for enhancing operation system efficiency.
  • Enhance service system by maintaining and improving operation system and support stable process operation.
Role and Responsibilities

  • Experience in IT Support L1/L2 (1+ year)
  • Linux
Familiar and proficient work using Linux environment (mandatory)

Windows (Optional)

  • Virtualization
Have knowledge in virtualization (mandatory).

Familiar to virtualization management tools (e.g. VMWare, Proxmox, etc) (mandatory).

  • Database
Have knowledge in Database configuration, tuning, and administration (mandatory).

Familiar with Database Software such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc (mandatory).

  • Cloud Environment
Familiar and have knowledge in Cloud Provider Services such as AWS.

Familiar and have knowledge in AWS monitoring services

Able to operate and manage cloud services such as Cloud Computing, Load Balancer, Firewall, VPC, etc (mandatory).


Qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT Support
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Good communication skill in English (writing & speaking)
