Deskripsi
Position Summary- Standardize service processes and system, and expand those with related business units for upward standardization.
- Innovate processes by reviewing investment validity upon a new system and developing it for enhancing operation system efficiency.
- Enhance service system by maintaining and improving operation system and support stable process operation.
- Experience in IT Support L1/L2 (1+ year)
- Linux
Windows (Optional)
- Virtualization
Familiar to virtualization management tools (e.g. VMWare, Proxmox, etc) (mandatory).
- Database
Familiar with Database Software such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc (mandatory).
- Cloud Environment
Familiar and have knowledge in AWS monitoring services
Able to operate and manage cloud services such as Cloud Computing, Load Balancer, Firewall, VPC, etc (mandatory).
Qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT Support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
- Good communication skill in English (writing & speaking)
