SEO Manager - Logistics Services (based in Jakarta)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national company with a core focus on logistics services.

As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10-15 years' experience in SEO for the job of SEO Manager - Logistics Services (based in Jakarta).

The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

Reporting to the Business Development Director
Manage SEO, Web Developer and Content Writer to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research
Do analytical and website audits to increase and maintain Ranking to be Number One and create Strategic SEO for the company
Able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques
Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
Manage team of SEO Specialists, Web Developer and Content Writer
Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
Conduct Web Site Audit
Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
Direct offpage optimization projects (e.g. linkbuilding)
Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Marketing or any related major from reputable university
Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience with SEO reporting & Audit
Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends)
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
Proficient in English is Must, Spoken & Written.
