Responsibilities:
- Develop new market for plasticizer
- Get principle
- Prospect and makes cold sales calls on potential clients
- Build and maintain longterm relationship with key customers and potential customers
- Monitoring inventory, delivery time and payment collection
- Gathers market intelligence, industry and client information and business trends
- Doing visit report, weekly report, monthly forecast
- Join trial at customer
Job Requirements:
- Minimum have 1 year experience & technical knowledge in PVC and Placticizer
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (active)
- Have SIM A is a must
- Effective negotiation skills
- Sales report writing skills
- Possess positive customer service orientation
- Effective communication and influencing skills to get prospects and clients to buyin
- Effective sales and negotiation skills
- Personal effectiveness skill in planning, organizing, managing time and priorities
- Has initiative to respond constructively to client request on pricing, terms and conditions during sales calls
- Ability to manage stress
- Willingly to go around for open new market
Salary:
Rp7,000,000 - Rp14,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
