Alatan Asasta Indonesia is a consulting firm currently seeking a talented Branding and Social Media Specialist to join our team.
As an integral part of our company, you will lead and design revolutionary marketing and Branding strategies to strengthen our clients' brand positions in the competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and Master Brand Image:
Design innovative branding strategies to elevate our company brand image to a higher level, including developing messages, visual identities, and strong communication strategies.
- Create and implement inspiring and engaging marketing campaigns, using various marketing channels to reach relevant audiences.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to explore new opportunities and avoid potential threats.
- Coordinate internal and external marketing teams, ensuring the brand vision is realized in every aspect of the campaign, and collaborate with various teams to enhance brand quality and consistency.
- Create concepts for internal team personal branding through social media (IG, LinkedIn, Website).
- Manage performance measurement of marketing campaigns, analyze data, and make recommendations based on evaluation findings to continuously improve branding strategy effectiveness.
Brand Monitoring and Reputation Management:
Monitor online conversations and mentions of the brand, promptly addressing any negative feedback or issues. Implement strategies to enhance brand reputation and mitigate potential reputational risks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and client services, to ensure alignment of branding and messaging with overall business objectives. Provide support and guidance on branding-related initiatives and projects across the organization.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in branding and social media management, preferably in consultant industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and software.
