Job Title:
Manager - Account Management for Financial Institution
Role:
Report to VP Account Management of Indonesia Market - He is responsible for managing current and new client; from selling to services activities.
Overview:
- Responsible for setting account strategies, customer success and market objectives in alignment with geography strategy and achieving sales goals that drive market share, volume and revenue growth.
- Leads and manages existing customer relationships, and works to identify opportunities and customer needs.
- Partners with customers and our sales specialists to deliver customized solutions and comprehensive strategic account and execution support.
- Responsible for success metrics oversight and pipeline management at the account level.
- Due diligence on Customer needs then Coordinating with internal team to deliver the best solution.
Role:
- Contributes to the achievement of sales and net revenue targets
- Assists with analysis of customer's business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis
- Assists in designing strategies, messaging and proposals for customers
- Supports the management key customer relationships at manager levels
- Collaborates with the products, cross functional teams and customers to plan, execute and monitor progress against annual business plans.
- Assists in local projects and crossfunctional initiatives.
- Responsible for accounts across multiple markets in the cluster as needed.
- Comprehensive experience project management to deliver execution.
All About You:
- Comprehensive experience executing and managing sales strategies for mediumsized accounts.
- Demonstrated indepth knowledge of MasterCard's core products, rules, and services.
- Consistently delivered thoughtful market and business analysis for customer accounts.
- Knowledge of Financial services in Indonesia is a major plus.
