Job summary
We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya Exchange. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for performing all Pastry Kitchen and Bakery related work, assisting the Master Pastry Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Master Pastry Chef with planning dessert menus and food promotions
- Ensure Cooks follow standard recipes and methods of preparation
- Inform Master Pastry chef immediately about bad products
