OVERVIEW


We are seeking to hire a dynamic, highly customer-centric personality who can engage with various internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning across all engagements with the client(s) to develop and implement customer focussed solutions leveraging various cloud services and consulting offerings.


The role will be based out in Indonesia & serve on the data engineering leadership team and report to the VP Data Engineering.


To be successful in this role you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience.

You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals. This position may require occasional travel.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Helping sales by responding to RFIs & RFPs
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Responds in a timely way to product/consultingrelated inquiries
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Document customer needs
  • Reports customer feedback
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager
  • Solid technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Familiarity with software backend and frontend development
  • An ability to gasp customers' needs and suggest timely solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of data analytics, data governance & cloud platforms
  • Previous experience in Ab Initio Software, Full Stack & Cloud technologies (GCP or AWS) is a huge plus.
  • Previous experience in the Financial & Telecom domain is preferred.
