Map the market and make sales planPresent products to prospective clients both online and onsite.
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Generate sales to meet targets
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
Provide professional after sales support to enhance the customer dedication
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation
Ensure project completion, client satisfaction, and loyalty.
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Understand the concept of Cloud and Saas
2 years experience as a Sales Representative, Insurance Agent, Sales Administrator or a similar role in the Sales Department.
Excellent organizational and time management skils.
Exceptional strategic prospecting skills.
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
Experienced in CRM softwares (eg. Salesforce) is a plus.
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Enthusiastic and passionate.
Strong work ethics.
Own a personal vehicle.
