JOB DESC E-PROC OR LPSE OPERATOR/STAFF

  • Understand & has experience on running E-Procurement & LPSE or other tendering process in local & central government institution
  • Following up Inquiry & find the best price from several quotes received from suppliers
  • Able to attend tender process & communicate & understand the government tender process
  • Checking the price and availability stock with supplier & negotiate the price with supplier and clients
5. preparing PO to suppliers, following up the PO to suppliers & preparing documents for tender process

6. have access & good relationship to client's procurement team or & users teams


  • Asking warehouse staff to check spare parts received from supplier (local or overseas)
  • Checking the goods once arrive. The goods need to be match with the PO
  • Following up the quotations to customers
  • Responsible for Shipping & traffic of the goods being ordered or delivered to customer
  • Maximize the company profit from the sales
  • Following up shipping and delivery process
  • Review technical specification inquiry vs offer (quote) from principal or supplier
14. following up invoices, provide all kind of letters or other administration job


  • Having previous experience in sales for Electrical & Mechanical

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales or Sales administrator (support) especially for company who has clients of BUMN or Government institution
  • Very good skill in active and passive English (by attached English test result TOEC, TOEFL, etc)
  • Preferred with minimum 1 year experience in using software (accounting software) such as Accurate, Easy accounting, Myob, Zahir, etc.
  • Able do demonstrate multitasking job, intense pressure & tight deadline
  • Has similar experience in trading or manufacturing industry (Mining, Oil dan Gas, Processing/metallurgy or similar)
  • Information System (Informatics), Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation or physics Engineering Background is preferred

Salary:
Rp3,500,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
